Victor Moss

Victor Moss was born in Poland in 1944, during the Nazi occupation — the same war his parents survived and that he would later put into two novels drawn from their lives. He went on to spend fifty-two years in the law: Assistant Attorney General for the State of New Mexico, Assistant City Attorney for Pueblo, Colorado, then decades of private practice in Pueblo and Denver.
That is the material. The Hawk and Ricci novels are set in the Denver he practiced in; Beware the Wolves and No Return Home are his parents' true story. He published his first novel at 62 and wrote the complete Denver Detectives series in retirement.
He lives in Highlands Ranch, Colorado, with his wife Rita, and is at work on two more books. He is also an enthusiastic interview guest — see the media page.
